Principal Engineer, HBM Design Quality Management

As a Principal Engineer, HBM Design Quality Management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality management systems for HBM (Hybrid Bonding Material) design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SQL. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing quality management systems for HBM design
• Developing and maintaining high-quality designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development and quality management
• Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
