Principal Engineer - HBM Design for Test DFT

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the design and development of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) design for test (DFT) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement test solutions that meet the needs of micron's HBM products. You will be responsible for leading the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as collaborating with the design team to ensure that test solutions are integrated into the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of HBM DFT solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement test solutions
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that test solutions are integrated into the design process
• Lead the development of test automation frameworks and tools
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that test solutions are integrated into the manufacturing process

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in test engineering and DFT
• Strong knowledge of HBM design and test principles
• Experience with Python and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with AWS cloud-based services
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
