About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
- Apply statistical techniques such as ANOVA to perform rigorous cause analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering best practices in model development and production.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data engineering frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex cause analysis using ANOVA and other statistical methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading technical teams.
