Software Engineer
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure data engineering solutions for HR, leveraging Python, Spark, SQL, AWS, and Generative AI to drive operational excellence and enterprise data strategy.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines and platforms that ingest, transform, and serve HR data at enterprise scale.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, establishing best practices for data modeling, security, and performance.
- Design and operationalize Generative AI solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences within HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define data strategy, governance, and analytics requirements.
- Ensure solutions are resilient, cost‑effective, and aligned with cloud (AWS) and on‑premise infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep expertise in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
- Proven track record designing and deploying large‑scale data platforms on AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance in an enterprise environment.
- Experience integrating Generative AI or machine‑learning models into production data workflows.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
