About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce architectural standards for enterprise‑wide data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of large‑scale data pipelines and services using Python and Oracle technologies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows and Kubernetes orchestration to accelerate delivery and improve operational stability.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering best practices, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, with deep expertise in Python and Oracle database development.
- Proven track record designing and operating large‑scale data systems in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive technical strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
