About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, training, and deploying deep learning models for vision‑care applications.
- Mentor engineers on best practices in model versioning, experimentation, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and compliance with data privacy standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record delivering production ML systems at scale.
- Strong expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, and AWS ML services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or vision‑care domain is a plus.
