Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-driven debt‑market analytics, driving end‑to‑end data pipelines, ML model deployment, and high‑performance services on AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines ingesting proprietary credit data from PDFs, APIs, and internal sources.
- Design and deploy production‑grade machine learning models for credit risk scoring and market trend analysis.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in building scalable, fault‑tolerant services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift).
- Mentor senior engineers, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement of development practices.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ in a senior or principal role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
- Deep experience with AWS services, container orchestration (EKS, ECS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
