Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing embedded software team designing, developing, and deploying automotive electronic modules for next‑generation tire intelligence, leveraging C/C++, AUTOSAR, RTOS, and Embedded Linux while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust embedded software for automotive electronic modules, ensuring compliance with AUTOSAR and MISRA standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Integrate and validate embedded technologies on automotive platforms, including RTOS and Embedded Linux environments.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, and test teams to resolve complex integration and performance issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of embedded software experience in automotive or related safety‑critical domains.
- Deep expertise in C/C++, AUTOSAR, RTOS, and Embedded Linux.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (ISO 26262, MISRA) and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality, production‑ready code.
