Principal Electrical Engineer - Failure Analysis

As a Principal Electrical Engineer - Failure Analysis, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex electrical failures, identifying root causes, and developing recommendations for improvement. You will utilize machine learning techniques and Python programming to drive insights and inform design decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience with failure analysis, and proficiency in Python and machine learning tools. AWS experience is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex electrical failures, identifying root causes and developing recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize machine learning techniques and Python programming to drive insights and inform design decisions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including failure analysis reports and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on failure analysis.
• Strong background in machine learning and Python programming.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
