About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and backlog for customer support and satisfaction digital platforms.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, user research, and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional development, UX, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Act as the primary liaison between business owners and technical teams, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve user experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10‑13 years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in digital customer support solutions.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a data‑driven mindset for decision making.
- Experience working with UX designers and data analysts to deliver user‑centric, measurable outcomes.
