Lead the design, implementation, and automation of cloud‑native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform to deliver secure, scalable solutions for mission‑critical systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical applications.
- Design and implement container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring optimal performance and resilience.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code pipelines with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to automate provisioning and deployments.
- Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams to integrate DevSecOps practices, enforce compliance, and streamline release cycles.
- Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python or Bash for automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation, monitoring, and security integration, plus a solid understanding of Linux systems.
