About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and steward the organization’s DevSecOps architecture strategy, aligning with enterprise architecture vision.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technology leaders to embed security best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Drive automation of deployment, monitoring, and compliance processes to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
- Mentor and influence engineering teams on architecture decisions, tooling, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, with deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record designing scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of IaC, container security, and automated compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
