Developer Advocate
Lead the technical evangelism for AWS’s cutting‑edge ML accelerators, driving adoption of Trainium and Inferentia through hands‑on demos, community engagement, and open‑source contributions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical content (talks, workshops, tutorials) showcasing Trainium and Inferentia capabilities to developers, data scientists, and architects.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape product roadmaps and create compelling use‑case stories.
- Build and nurture a vibrant community of ML practitioners through meetups, webinars, and online forums.
- Contribute to open‑source projects, SDKs, and sample code that enable rapid experimentation on AWS ML hardware.
- Analyze feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to refine advocacy strategies and improve product positioning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in machine learning and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of public speaking, technical writing, and community building in the AI/ML space.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of hardware acceleration concepts and experience optimizing models for inference and training.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
