Principal Design Engineer, HBM

As a Principal Design Engineer, HBM, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance microelectronic products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet customer requirements and company goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, and will be able to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design engineering
• Expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Strong understanding of microelectronic design principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
