Principal Design Engineer, DRAM

Design and develop high-performance DRAM products as a Principal Design Engineer at Micron. This role involves leading a team of engineers in the design and development of DRAM products, from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DRAM design, CMOS technology, and SPICE simulation, as well as experience with Python and Verilog programming languages. The Principal Design Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and development of DRAM products, including the development of new technologies and the improvement of existing ones.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in DRAM design and development.
• Strong background in CMOS technology and SPICE simulation.
• Experience with Python and Verilog programming languages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
