Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design and oversee data governance, quality, and security frameworks to ensure reliable, compliant data assets.
- Architect scalable data solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and analytics pipelines, leveraging modern cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data models, dashboards, and insights.
- Champion data literacy initiatives, providing training and best‑practice guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics leadership.
- Proven track record designing enterprise data architecture and implementing large‑scale data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and technical teams.
- Experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern analytics tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI).
