About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines for clinical and real‑world data, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, metadata standards, and data stewardship practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Lead the development of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive techniques, to support drug discovery and patient outcomes.
- Mentor and coach data scientists, analysts, and data engineers on best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or data engineering within a life sciences or healthcare environment.
- Deep expertise in clinical data standards (CDISC, HL7, FHIR) and real‑world data integration.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale data solutions that drive business impact.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
