About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise‑scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with C‑level executives and business leaders to define AI strategy and prioritize high‑impact projects.
- Lead end‑to‑end machine learning projects from data preparation and model development to production deployment and monitoring.
- Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures to accelerate future initiatives.
- Mentor and coach data science teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in data science, machine learning, and generative AI at a senior or principal level.
- Strong background in data engineering, scalable data pipelines, and model deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering high‑impact AI solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
