About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for complex business problems across multiple industries.
- Lead a small, high‑performing team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Design statistical models, deep‑learning architectures, and data‑visualization dashboards to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deploy scalable solutions on cloud environments (e.g., AWS) while adhering to security clearance requirements and best practices.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define problem statements, scope projects, and communicate results effectively.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in data science, including extensive work with Python, machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams in client‑facing environments.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
