About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve radar target classification and anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with signal processing and avionics teams to integrate AI solutions into AESA tactical radar platforms.
- Lead end‑to‑end data pipelines, from raw sensor data ingestion to feature engineering and model training.
- Conduct research on state‑of‑the‑art deep learning architectures for real‑time radar analytics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with focus on signal processing or AI.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data engineering tools.
- Strong background in radar signal processing and feature extraction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional team.
