Lead advanced data science initiatives to build AI-driven security solutions, leveraging Python, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and cloud platforms to protect both human users and AI agents.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that detect and mitigate advanced security threats such as social engineering, prompt injection, and shadow AI.
- Lead research and development of AI Defense Agents (AIDA) and proprietary risk scoring models using deep learning and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to translate behavioral data into actionable insights and scalable security features.
- Mentor senior data scientists and engineers, establishing best practices for model development, validation, and deployment on AWS.
- Drive continuous improvement of data infrastructure, ensuring efficient processing of large‑scale behavioral datasets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
- Expertise in Python and its scientific stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, deep learning, and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, AWS services).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex security problems using AI, including experience with NLP or anomaly detection.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
