About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of prognosis models for industrial assets, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Leverage reliability engineering principles to enhance model robustness and interpretability.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating technical insights into business value.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Data Science, Reliability Engineering, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
- Extensive experience in machine learning, especially in predictive maintenance and prognosis.
- Deep understanding of oil & gas operations and asset reliability challenges.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
