Senior data scientist leading analytics for growth and membership operations, driving sales, marketing, and telesales insights through predictive modeling, campaign attribution, and workforce planning using Python, SQL, and cloud‑based ML tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Growth and Membership Operations teams to design and implement predictive models for sales performance, agent readiness, and enrollment workflows.
- Develop and maintain marketing attribution frameworks, prospect targeting algorithms, and spend‑optimization models.
- Forecast call volumes, optimize telesales staffing, and create workforce planning tools to improve agent productivity.
- Lead A/B testing strategies, evaluate experiment results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product and process improvements.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, establishing best practices for data pipelines, model governance, and reproducible research.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building machine‑learning models and statistical analyses in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and collaborating with cross‑functional product and operations teams.
