Senior data science leader driving growth and membership operations through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data‑driven decision making across sales, marketing, telesales, and enrollment domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Growth and Membership Operations teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions across sales, marketing, telesales, and enrollment processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for agent readiness, campaign attribution, call volume forecasting, and enrollment optimization.
- Lead end‑to‑end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services to ensure high‑quality, scalable data for analysis.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical experiments to evaluate product and process changes.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of data science experience with a proven track record in large‑scale analytics projects.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data engineering.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
