About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that predict patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services to ingest, clean, and transform large health datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Present findings through interactive dashboards and visualizations, ensuring clarity for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation, documentation, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on healthcare analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and model deployment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into business insights.
