Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that power personalized credit card offers for millions of users.
- Collaborate with data engineers to architect scalable data models and optimize SQL queries on large relational and big data platforms.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior scientists and cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of rigorous statistical analysis and continuous improvement.
- Translate complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for product and marketing leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Redshift, EMR).
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, feature engineering, and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in the financial services or credit card industry is highly desirable.
