About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in translating business problems into data science solutions, from hypothesis to production.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources and ensuring data quality.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering best practices in experimentation, versioning, and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, monitor model drift, and iterate on model improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying production ML systems.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift, Glue).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex insights into actionable business recommendations.
