Data Scientist
Lead a high‑impact data science team to develop AI‑driven security solutions, leveraging Python, machine learning, and cloud platforms to protect both human users and autonomous agents.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science strategy for AI‑based security products, aligning with business goals and threat landscape.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models on AWS to detect social engineering, prompt injection, and other advanced threats.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security research teams to integrate predictive analytics into the platform.
- Establish best practices for data pipelines, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience building and scaling ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, EMR, Lambda, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade models for security or fraud detection domains.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable product decisions.
