Lead the design and evolution of a modern enterprise data platform, integrating cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, analytics, and ML/AI to empower smarter decisions across business domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end technical vision for the enterprise data platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions that support high‑volume, high‑velocity data.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities, enabling predictive insights for estimating, scheduling, procurement, and safety.
- Enable citizen development by providing low‑code tools, governance, and best‑practice frameworks for non‑technical users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and operating large‑scale data platforms on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL/ELT tooling.
- Strong background in analytics, data modeling, and machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience with citizen‑development platforms and data governance best practices.
