Implementation Engineer
Lead the design and maintenance of high‑performance data integration pipelines that connect JDE, Workday, and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and security while enabling strategic insights for finance, sales, and HR teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full software delivery lifecycle for data integration projects, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services to ingest, transform, and load data into target systems.
- Integrate and maintain connections to JDE, Workday, and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and real‑time availability.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide executive dashboards.
- Implement robust data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to uphold data integrity and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in data engineering and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on enterprise data integration.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with JDE, Workday, and Salesforce integration.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
