Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data solutions, from data ingestion to advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead data strategy workshops, translating complex business problems into actionable data models and dashboards.
- Design and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on best practices in data governance, quality, and security.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging analytics tools and technologies to enhance client capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading large‑scale data projects and managing client relationships.
