About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable data solutions spanning data lakes, warehouses, and analytics pipelines on AWS and Azure.
- Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with data scientists and application teams to enable AI‑enabled workloads, providing model deployment and monitoring frameworks.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems, integrating them into a secure, resilient, and future‑ready data platform.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a proven track record in large‑scale banking or financial services.
- Deep expertise in cloud data services (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse) and on‑prem solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience building data pipelines and ML workflows.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
