Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will own workforce analytics, AI-driven HR initiatives, and the continued development of agent-based solutions integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint .
