Data Analyst

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models to support research, student services, and administrative functions.
- Lead exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical modeling to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable insights and visual dashboards.
- Mentor junior analysts, establish best practices for data governance, quality, and reproducibility.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating technical results into clear, non‑technical narratives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale analytical projects.
- Expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn), SQL, and statistical software (R, SAS).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels.
