About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end analytical solutions for the most complex, high‑impact projects, ensuring insights align with client mission objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced data models, statistical analyses, and machine‑learning pipelines to uncover trends and predictive insights.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Establish and champion best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and reproducible analytics across the organization.

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, with a proven track record of leading strategic analytics initiatives.
- Expert proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine‑learning techniques applied to real‑world problems.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to design intuitive, decision‑support dashboards.
