Lead data‑driven strategy for business cards and payments, designing and maintaining analytical solutions using SQL, Python, statistical modeling, and cloud‑based data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support field strategy initiatives.
- Build advanced statistical models to personalize credit card offers and optimize payment product performance.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and marketing—to define data requirements and drive data‑centric decision making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across cloud environments (AWS) and relational databases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience building data visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and modern data warehousing solutions.
