This role focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to build sophisticated conversational agents and automated solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven products that solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven conversational agents and automation solutions using Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Prepare datasets and build robust machine learning pipelines.
- Ensure the security and protection of sensitive data in all AI applications.
- Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation.
- Solid programming skills with Python.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus.
- Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
- Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices, especially when working with sensitive or regulated data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 5 years of related work experience.
