Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end operational strategies that enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency across the healthcare value chain.

- Utilize data analytics to benchmark performance, forecast impact, and report results to senior stakeholders.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital, clinic, and payer partners to align solutions with their strategic goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare value chain, including payer, provider, and patient perspectives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
