About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end operational strategies that enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency across the EurAsia region.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map and optimize the healthcare value chain, leveraging Medtronic’s therapeutic and capital strengths.
- Lead data‑driven analyses to identify bottlenecks, forecast impact, and quantify value creation for hospitals, clinics, and payers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting, with a proven track record in large‑scale transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare value chain, including payer, provider, and patient perspectives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders.
- Fluency in English; additional EurAsia languages are a plus.
