Cloud Architect
Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for higher‑education institutions, providing strategic guidance, architecture leadership, and end‑to‑end implementation oversight.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion scalable Salesforce Education Cloud architectures aligned with institutional goals.
- Lead discovery, design workshops, and roadmap creation for multi‑year transformation programs.
- Provide executive‑level advisory on strategy, governance, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Architect integrations with student information systems, LMS, and other campus applications using APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
- Guide development teams in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and data migration to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote Agile delivery practices throughout projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large‑scale Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Education Cloud.
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end projects for higher‑education clients, including integrations with SIS/LMS platforms.
- Strong architectural skills, including data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Hands‑on proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
