Software Engineer
Lead AI and data initiatives for enterprise clients, designing end‑to‑end solutions on Azure, building scalable machine‑learning pipelines, and guiding technical teams through complex AI transformations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead technical engagements from discovery through production, translating business goals into scalable data and AI strategies.
- Design and implement data pipelines using Python, Apache Spark, and SQL to support large‑scale analytics and model training.
- Mentor senior engineers and consultants, establishing best practices for AI development, CI/CD, and governance.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to define roadmaps, assess technology fit, and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI, data engineering, or related fields, with a proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.) and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with Apache Spark, SQL, and containerized deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, influence technical direction, and communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) or equivalent practical experience are highly desirable.
