Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance storage hardware solutions, including magnetic and emerging non‑volatile technologies, to meet the scalability demands of AI and cloud services.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in hardware design, simulation, and verification using C++, Verilog, and FPGA prototyping.
- Define system specifications, performance models, and reliability criteria, collaborating closely with firmware, software, and data center teams.
- Drive innovation by evaluating breakthrough storage concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and delivering proof‑of‑concept prototypes.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on storage system design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Verilog/SystemVerilog, and FPGA development for high‑speed data paths.
- Deep understanding of magnetic storage technologies, emerging non‑volatile memory, and their integration into large‑scale data center environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Linux‑based development, scripting (Python), and hardware verification tools.
- Proven track record of leading complex hardware projects from concept through production, delivering high‑performance, reliable solutions.
