Senior leader responsible for driving Microsoft‑based cloud transformation for retail clients, owning revenue targets, shaping engagements, and coordinating across sales, delivery, and Microsoft stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end cloud transformation initiatives for retail accounts, from opportunity identification to contract closure and post‑sale expansion.
- Own revenue targets and bookings, developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that align with Microsoft’s portfolio and EPIC’s delivery capabilities.
- Partner with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, and Microsoft account managers to design and present Azure‑centric solutions that address retail‑specific challenges such as omnichannel, inventory optimization, and customer experience.
- Build and nurture executive relationships within client organizations, acting as the trusted advisor for cloud strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, solution architects, and implementation resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise cloud sales or consulting, with a proven record of closing large‑scale Microsoft Azure engagements.
- Deep understanding of retail business processes and digital transformation trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing C‑level stakeholders and driving multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve quota in a complex, multi‑partner environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
