Lead cloud architecture and secure delivery for a nationwide court modernization program, driving DevSecOps practices across AWS and Azure environments while integrating AI and cyber resilience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions for the Case Management Modernization program across AWS and Azure.
- Lead DevSecOps initiatives, integrating automated security testing, compliance checks, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design data models, and ensure high availability for 204+ federal courts.
- Mentor engineering staff on cloud best practices, security hardening, and emerging AI technologies.
- Drive incident response, vulnerability management, and proactive threat mitigation in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of cloud engineering experience with proven leadership in large‑scale deployments.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong background in security automation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Experience with AI/ML integration in cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly regulated, mission‑critical setting.
