Cloud Architect
Lead the Cloud Center of Excellence, designing and implementing scalable, automated cloud solutions on AWS and Azure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices to drive self‑service capabilities and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the cloud strategy and architecture across public cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure-as-code pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Lead the development of self‑service portals and APIs that enable teams to provision and manage resources securely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices and continuous improvement into all cloud initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide cross‑functional teams on cloud best practices, cost optimization, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and operating large‑scale cloud solutions, with deep expertise in AWS and Azure.
- Proven mastery of infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving cloud‑native transformation initiatives.
