About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi‑year cloud strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Act as the principal technical advisor to executive leadership on cloud adoption, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Champion infrastructure‑as‑code practices using Terraform and orchestrate container workloads with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with security, finance, and operations teams to embed governance, compliance, and cost‑control mechanisms into cloud initiatives.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing cloud engineering organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years leading large‑scale cloud transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, including migration, architecture, and optimization.
- Proven track record with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, governance, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
