About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design, analysis, and documentation of civil, structural, and architectural systems for complex, high‑impact projects.
- Develop and review detailed construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and industry‑standard analysis software.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives, and mentor junior engineers.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to deliver on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure and proven experience leading large‑scale engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools such as STAAD or SAP2000.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices for civil, structural, and architectural design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
