Key Responsibilities

- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and value engineering to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including design, construction, and commissioning, to maintain seamless project execution.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, environmental impact assessments, and sustainability initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the discipline.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in civil engineering with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept through construction.
- Strong knowledge of design software, construction methods, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional engineering registration preferred.
