About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end data strategy and architecture design for large‑scale client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Lead workshops and advisory sessions with C‑suite and technical stakeholders to define data governance, quality, and integration frameworks.
- Architect and validate data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions on SAP HANA and complementary cloud platforms.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams, fostering best practices in data architecture, security, and performance tuning.
- Deliver high‑impact presentations and documentation that translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, strategy, and consulting within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP HANA, data modeling, and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data integration tools is a plus.
