QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced industrial robotic automation solutions, leveraging C++, Python, ROS, PLCs, and machine‑vision technologies to deliver high‑performance manufacturing systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end automation solutions for industrial robotics platforms, including motion control, perception, and safety systems.
- Develop high‑performance software in C++ and Python, integrating ROS middleware and custom drivers for sensors and actuators.
- Design, program, and commission PLC logic and HMI interfaces to coordinate robotic cells with surrounding equipment.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in prototyping, testing, and validation of robotic workcells, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.
- Evaluate and integrate machine‑vision hardware and algorithms to enable adaptive grasping, inspection, and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of automation/robotics experience.
- Expertise in C++, Python, and ROS for real‑time robotic control.
- Strong background in PLC programming (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and industrial communication protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑vision systems, sensor integration, and control‑loop tuning.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and deliver solutions in regulated aerospace environments.
